The incumbent primary responsibility are as follow :
- Follows the EHS regulation and active involvement on EHS activities.
- Follows Operating Discipline principles, procedures and best practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
- Executes the production schedule, monitor and control operations of Process equipments and Utilities
- Initialized trouble shooting equipment problems, inputting CRP data and clock time and preparing equipment for maintenance work.
- Prepares report for waste inventory as well as responsible for waste water treatment
- Controls and records utilities chemicals and consumables equipment
- D1/D3/Polytechnic in Chemical Engineering
- Basic English skills (able to write basic report as well as read English literature)
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Working experience in a related industries and knowledge of SAP system will be a plus.
QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
The incumbent primary responsibility are as follow :
- Follows the EHS regulation and active involvement on EHS activities.
- Follows Operating Discipline principles, procedures and best practices related to product quality
- Executes the laboratory tests as well as implements laboratory 5S housekeeping program.
- Initialized trouble shooting equipment problems, inputting quality data into SAP module
- Supporting customer complaint investigations relating to quality
- D1/D3/Polytechnic in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Analyst
- Basic English skills (able to write basic report as well as read English literature)
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Ability to interpret data as well as reviewing SPC/SQC
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Working experience in a related industries and knowledge of SAP system will be a plus.
