To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units : GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, and STARMART with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:SITE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BASED ON SURABAYA
To find and negotiate the best suitable locations Giant Hypermarket and Supermarket, Hero Supermarket, Guardian and Starmart according to its format, market trend and monitor and update all competitor’s data
Qualifications:
- Male/Female and age max 35 years old
- Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from any discipline with at least 5 – 10 years in property marketing for developers / agent
- Have a strong negotiation skill with developers or agents
- Strong knowledge of demographic growth and property
- Willing to be placement at Surabaya
- Familiar with computer literate
- English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
SIDE DEVELOPMENT STAFF – BASED ON SURABAYA

- Have a strong negotiation skill with developers or agents
- Strong knowledge of demographic growth and property
- Willing to be placement in Surabaya
- Familiar with computer literate
- English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
