    • Must be competent in written and conversational English.
    • Should have 3 years or more experience in a retail financial services company.
    • Experience of distance learning techniques/e-learning is preferred.

    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.

    • Should have experience of researching and writing Training Needs Analysis
