PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals - PT NHM is one of the largest gold mining, exploration and processing companies operated in Indonesia. PT NHM is a joint venture company between Newcrest Group and PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (Antam). Newcrest Group owned  82.5% total shares of PT NHM and Antam hold 17.5% shares. PT NHM's mining plants located in Gosowong Mine, Toguraci Mine, Kencana Underground Mine, and Kencana Mine Extention. The Company in 2008 sign a Contract of Work with the Goverment of Indonesia. The Company's contract of work area is divided into 9 (nine) prospective blocks, including Barnabas, Gosowong Extended, Gosowong North, Gosowong West, Kobok, Matat, Ngoali, Tobobo, and Toliwang. As of year end 2010, total exploration expenditure reached as much as USD 50 million.

In line with its growth, currently PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals is attending to seek 9 (nine) Fresh Graduate from all universities in Indonesia focusing on:

Fresh Graduate Program

1. Environmental Science (ES)
2. Geology (Geo)
3. Mining Engineer (ME)
4. Finance & Accounting (FA)
5. Electrical (EL)
6. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)

Requirements:

• S1 graduated from related discipline
• GPA min 3.00 in scale of 4
• Must be graduated in 2011 or 2012
• English comprehension both oral and written
• Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office
• Successfully pass the series of test (including Psychological Assessment)
• Willing to be bonded with two years contract and located at remote site
• Committed to Implement the 5 (five) principles of the Newcrest Values i.e. “Work Together”, Care about People, Honesty and Integrity, Innovation & Problem Solving, High Performance
