• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Female.
• Not married and willing not to get married for 2 years period.
• Maximum age of 24 years old (not yet the 25th birthday in the recruitment year).
• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder with Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.00 scale.
• Minimum height 155 cm.
• Good looking and weight proportional (preferably).
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).
