PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek - KCJ or referred to as "KAI Commuter" is a reputable transportation company in Indonesia. KAI Commuter operates primarily as an operator of commuter railways services in the area of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Headquartered in Jakarta, PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek is a strategic subsidiary company of state-owned railways operator, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI Group. At present, KAI Group owns a 99.78 percent stake in KAI Commuter with the remainder of the shares belonging to Pusaka Foundation.
In 2014, KAI Commuter succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth. According to KAI Group's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, KAI Commuter maintain double digit growth in total passengers. KAI Commuter was able to expand total passengers by 60.7 percent from 129,742,975 passengers in 2013 to 208,494,094 passengers in 2014. KAI Commuter managed to increase its net income after tax by 9.8 percent, from Rp 135.15 billion in 2013 to Rp 148.34 billion in 2014.

- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Male/Female with the maximum age of 30 years old for D3 and 35 years old for S1.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) with an A accreditation, preferably majoring in the following discipline
- Electronics Engineering (Code : TE)
- Mechanical Engineering (Code : TM)
- Civil Engineering (Code : TS)
- Informatics Engineering (Code : TI)
- Communication (Code : KOM)
- Office Administration (Code : AP)
- Nursing/Midwifery (Code : KES)
- Law (Code : HK)
- Accounting (Code : AKT)
- Management (Code : MANAJEMEN)
- Have a GPA score min 2.95 (scale 4.00).
- Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind.
- Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female) and have ideal weight.
- Good character as evidenced by SKCK
- Never involved in drugs and psychotropic substances.
- Not tattooed (Male/Female) and pierced (Male)
- Willing to be placed in all working unit of KAI Commuter.
- Not being in the direct working ties with other agencies
- Authenticated copies of Degree certifications and transcripts;
- Copy of accreditation letter from BAN PT (on the date of graduation);
- Copy of national ID Card (KTP);
- 2 copies of color photograph 4x6;
- Drug-free certificate from an authorized agency (submitted at the time of the interview / final selection);
- SKCK;
- Notice letter of health condition which include height and weight;
- Statement letter (stamped Rp 6,000) : willing to be placed in all working area of KAI Commuter.
