PT Adhi Persada Properti - APP or referred to as "Adhi Persada Properti" is an Indonesian company that is involved in property industry. Its business include high rise property development and property operator, such as apartments, hotel, condotel and office tower. PT Adhi Persada Properti is a part subsidiary company of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), a leading state-owned construction company in Indonesia. As of Decemebr 2015, ADHI is the majority shareholder at PT Adhi Persada Properti and holds 99.7% shares. PT Adhi Persada Properti was established in 2002 and initially registered as PT Adhi Realty with focus on property and real estate development. Later in 2012, the Company renamed into PT Adhi Persada Properti with focus on high rise property development.

In term of financial positions, Adhi Persada Properti showed a strong performance in 2015. According to ADHI Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Adhi Persada Properti managed to record a total asset of Rp 3,184.96 billion at the end of 2015. These total assets fiqures equal to an increase of around 122.53% compared to Rp 1,431.23 billion in the previous year.

Requirements

• Male/Female, with the maximum age of 25 years old.
• S1 Communication Studies, Economics and Business with GPA min. 3.00 within 4.00 scales.
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience.
• Good looking.
• Mastering computer software applications in the field.
• Having strong motivation and commitment, like field work, able to work under pressure and to work in teams.
• Willing to be placed in all working area of Adhi Persada Properti.
