Manager Unit (MU)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in any field.
• Maximum age of 36 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Unit Head/Manager at Micro Finance Institution or other financial institution.

Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in any field.
• Maximum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Credit Analyst at Micro Finance Institution or other financial institution.

Marketing Unit (MKU) - Junior & Senior

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as sales at Consumer Goods/Retail (Junior) or at Banking/Financial Institution (SENIOR)

Staf Legal

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Law.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Experienced in criminal and civil litigation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Legal Staff which handles financing / credit at banking, BPR, Cooperative, LKBB.

Operasional Unit (OPU)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D1) holder in Accounting, Finance.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Credit Admin Staff/Finance Staff at Banking/Financial Institution.

Staf Teknologi Informasi (TI)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Informatics Technology.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Preference is given to applicants with at least 2 years of experience as IT Staff and mastering basic hardware, software and networking.
