The program is 1-year integrated Management Trainee Program to become the future leader in TMMIN, open function :

1. Manufacturing.
2. Production Engineering.
3. Production Control & Logistic.
4. Purchasing, R&D.
5. Corporate & External Affairs.
6. Finance, HR, IT & GA.

General Requirements

• Education required
• An University graduate, majoring in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil, Chemical, Metallurgy, Psychology, International Relation, Business Management.
• An Academy graduate, majoring in Mechanical, Manufacture, Electrical, Management Information, Civil and Administration.
• grade point average (GPA) > 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
• Not older than 25 years (for Academy Graduate) or 27 years (for University Graduate).
• English literacy, spoken and written.
