Senior Service Culture Officer (Service Quality)
Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) from all the majors.
At least 2 years of experience in the field of Service Quality at banking industry.
Having sales experience will be an advantage.
Possess excellent communication skill.
Able to work in a team.
