Account Manager
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from University, in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in General Insurance, preferably from Marketing
- Good knowledge in General Insurance products
- Willing to be given a personal target of production and work under pressure
- Proactive, self motivated and enjoy meeting people
- Self driven
- Strong attitude toward customer orientation and customer satisfaction
- Highly motivated, have a strong interpersonal skills
- Good administration capability
- Good command in English, both oral and writing
- Good knowledge in computer applications (word, Excel, etc)
- To achieve target for personal and commercial line of business from Direct Customer and/ or Financial Institution market
- To handle and follow up customers who request for personal lines insurance
- Prepare all of the correspondences, including quotations and other documents needed, and administration works which related with the respective accounts
- Able to negotiate and deal with underwriters
- Plan/schedule time for visiting client/ prospective client
- Produce report which related to his/her activity and responsibility
- Cooperate with other divisions such Finance, claim and others, which related to his/her responsibility
- Responsibility for after–sales services, as well as handling complaint from customer
- Support Renewal Division to maintain our existing business / customers
