SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
Job Description:
- Take a leading role in (package) software implementation and development projects
- Gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposes projects, and systems requirements and generating reports based on the findings complete with probable causes and possible / proposed solutions.
- Write business requirements / SRS / SDS documents for system implementation/development/enhancements.
- Partner with various business functions and vendors to ensure customers expectations are met and managed.
- Communicate with customers and stake holders to ensure quality of product and service.
- To ensure high levels of Business applications availability through production system support functions and in-depth testing.
- Investigate, resolve, implement and follow up on business applications related issues.
- Manage, plan and organize IT related project activities and milestones.
- Ensure compliance to guidelines, controls, policies and procedures
- Improvise and maintain existing IT infrastructures, and CCTV security features
- Draft and implement overall IS&T policies and procedures
- Train, supervise, and motivate existing IT staff to meet company objectives
- Bsc (S1) in either IT related or Accounting degrees required.
- Minimum 7 years (SSA) experiences with at least 3 years in implementing and supporting package software.
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and project management skills
- Good knowledge of Accounting and business processes, especially in manufacturing and distribution industries. Good knowledge in shoes / garments / fashions / apparels would be a strong advantage.
- Familiar with package software implementation and software development cycles methodology.
- Good knowledge and experiences on system analysis and programming
- Good knowledge in IT infrastructures and security would be an advantage
- Good command of verbal and written English
