People Development Analyst (PDA)
Responsibilities:
Develop a system of competency assessment and development of employees so that the data obtained competency appropriate and accurate, and manage the Individual Development Program (IDP) development so that employees can run optimally
Requirements:
- S-1 Psychology (More objectionable is the profession to take the program) with a minimum IPK 3:00
- Age maximum 30 years
- Experience in HR Recruitment, Assessment, Development and People Competency
- Have at least 2 years experience in the field of the same
- Ability to work in an orderly administration & attention to detail on the data
