Qualification:
- Male, age between 35 – 40 years old.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Management or equivalent from reputable university.
- Min. 5 years working experience in a managerial level in FMCG industry.
- Excellent command in English (written & spoken).
- Able to operate office equipment including information management tools (Windows applications, database, etc.).
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of office and human resource management, work organization and supervision.
- Very good knowledge of the local community – industries, economic base, culture, key leaders, competitors.
- Able to work under pressure and likes challenges, ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and fast-growing company. Strong business acumen, result oriented, creative, strong leadership, interpersonal skill, problem solving & analytical skills to synthesize information into actionable.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
