Project Management Officer Assistant (Code : PMO – DB)
Role:
- Assist team member of Project Management Office to support all implementation process alignment in merger project
- Ensure proper reporting to the project being managed
- Coordinate, facilitate workshop and discussion
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other parties
- Manage, collect and compile data related to the project
Qualification:
- Minimum Master Degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.25
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in both spoken and written English (TOEFL: min. 500)
- Good analytical thinking and expert in processing data using Excel
- Good report writing in English
- Preferable have specific knowledge in banking industry especially in Finance or IT
- Good project management skill, and have experience involved in project
- Strong general knowledge (macro economics, business sector, international business, banking knowledge, IT)
- Open minded, proactive, able to work under pressure and good team player
- Able to adapt with different work and social environment
- Computer literate (MS Office Application: Excel & PowerPoint)
