Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 30 years old
- Min bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resources Management, Engineering
- Have min 3 years experience in designing and organizing the company training program (from consumer goods industry are preferable)
- Have experience as trainer are preferable
- Good interpresonal & communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Sukabumi factory
Hrd Staff
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max. 26 years old
- Min bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Have min 1 year experience (they who come from HR consultant are preferable)
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Willing to be traveling in all over Indonesia territory
Enginering Supervisor (ES)
Requirements:
- Max 33 years old
- Minimal Diploma graduate from reputable university
- Have min 5 years experience in respective area
- Having hands on experience on handling one of some yellow machines :
- Experience on overhauling, maintenance & operation
- Having experience as Gas Engine Service Engineer / Technician
- Applicants who comes from gas engine vendors are welcome
- Experience in setting up boiler maintenance program as well as operating monitoring program
- Knowledgeable on boiler water treatment
- Applicants who comes from Gas Engine vendors are welcome
- Experience in system selection as well as maintaining & operating central air conditioning, chiller, cooling waters, etc
- Applicants who comes from Gas Engine vendors are welcome
- Experience in setting up store management & inventory, maintenance software
- Experience in setting up bussiness mapping on EAM
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Production Supervisor (PS)
Requirements:
- Max. 33 years old
- Min S1 graduate from Mechanical/ Electrical engineering
- Have min 4 years experience as Production leader in manufacture
- Have good communication and leadership skill
- Having knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, SMK3
with recent photograph within 2 weeks to :
