BRANCH MANAGER (BM-ADMF)

Responsible for leading over 100 people, developing business plan, end-to-end process execution, loan origination, collection, administration and collaborating with all other related functions to meet the assigned target.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines. Minimum 3 years experiences in managerial level at the same field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking skill and strong leadership.

REGIONAL COLLECTION MANAGER (ARM-ADMF)

Responsible for delinquent performance of every branch in each region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 3 years experience as A/R Manager in Banking or Financing Company, strong leadership and ability to detect and solve any possible problems that may occur.

MARKETING MANAGER (MM-ADMF)

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy, pricing policy and coordinating all marketing team to achieve target.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines. Minimum 3 years experience in managerial level at the same field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking skill and strong leadership.

AREA RECOVERY MANAGER (ARM- ADMF)

Responsible for implementing company’s budget and target, monitoring work process according to current procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 2 years experience in Financing Company, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving and decision making.

RISK QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (RQA-ADMF)

Responsible for analyzing and giving improvement recommendation of end to end risk account management process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 3 years experience in Managerial Level of Internal Audit in Banking or Financing Company.

CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER (CRM-ADMF)

Responsible for coordinating Customer Relation Head and composing strategic plan to increase sales of ADIRA FINANCE products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines. Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Manager in Consumer Good, Retail, Banking, Financing and any other Service Companies. Strategic thinking, strong leadership, good interpersonal skill. Based in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya.

CUSTOMER RELATION HEAD (CRH-ADMF)

Responsible for selling product (direct or indirect) of ADIRA FINANCE to the customers in existing data base.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines. Minimum 1 year experience as Account Officer or Customer Relation staff in Banking, Financing or any other Service Companies. Female, 20 – 30 years old. Attractive appearance and good communication skill.

SENIOR AUDITOR (SA-ADMF)

Responsible for audit activities according to company’s target and budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Accounting. Minimum 3 years experience as an Auditor. Ability to operate computer and work independently as well as being part of the team, and excellent communication skill.

SENIOR PROGRAMMER (SP-ADMF)

Responsible for creating new application program or changing current program according to user’s need.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Information Management. Minimum 1 year experience in the same field. Ability to work under pressure. Excellence in programming skill (VB, MSSQL, Oracle Form, Oracle DB).

ACCOUNT OFFICER (AO-ADMF)

Responsible for selling product and analyzing costumer financial ability in credit process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 2 years experience in the same field. Excellent interpersonal,networking, analyzing, negotiation skill and good leadership. Ability to operate computer. Fluent in English both oral and written.

ACCOUNTING STAFF (AS-ADMF)

Responsible for identifying transactions and creating non-cash journal.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Accounting. Minimum 1 year experience in accounting field or accounting public (KAP). Good analytical thinking, self motivation and integrity.
