PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero) - PT SUCOFINDO (Persero) or known as "SUCOFINDO" is a leading state-owned inspection and supervision services company in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI), maximum age of 25 years old when apply.
- S1 all major with minimum GPA of 3.00 (preferably majoring in Psychology or Management).
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the Human Resource field, specifically talent management and experience in the career development process.
- Strong understanding about how to create SOPs, job descriptions, KPIs, fulfillment of quality objectives.
