PT Hutama Karya (Persero) - PT HK or referred to as "Hutama Karya" is a rapidly growing state-owned general construction firm in Indonesia. Hutama Karya has core business competencies on general construction services, EPC, investment and toll road development. Hutama Karya also supported by 3 directly-owned subsidiaries and 6 affiliated companies. Its subsidiaries include PT HK Realtindo (99.75%), PT HK Infrastruktur (99.75%), and PT Hakaaston (99.75%). Hutama Karya's affiliated companies comprise of PT Hutama Prima (30%), PT Menara Antam Sejahtera (20%), PT Prima Terminal Petikemas (15%), PT Kasa Marga Bali Toll (1%), PT Takenaka Indonesia (1.07%), PT Gorontalo Energy (1%).
According to information found in PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the financial performance of Hutama Karya in 2017 showed a good improvement. Hutama Karya managed to record total revenue of Rp 18.09 trillion. This was higher Rp 9.56 trillion from Rp 8.53 trillion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, Hutama Karya registered total net income for the year of 2017 amounted to Rp1,071 billion. This number is up 255% from Rp 302 billion in 2016.

- Male or Female, with age is between 40-50 years old.
- Required experience in Power Plant / Offshore Oil and Gas / Industry for at least 15 years.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Have an Engineering system develop capacity.
- Have leadership or mentoring skills among team members and provide support and encourage collaboration.

- Have a good understanding of QMS.
- Have a good understanding of the fields of making external procedures, internal assessments, quality plans.
