- Minimum height of 160 cm for Female and 170 cm for Male.
- Minimum D3 Food and Beverage / Service / Bartender (Position 1).
- Minimum D3 Catering / Food and Beverage Product Department (Position 2).
- Minimum SMA or equivalent (Position 4).
- SMK / D1 in Hospitality (Position 2) and minimum SMK Catering (Position 3).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field (Position 1,2) and 1 year as waiter / barista / FB Attendant (Position 3,5).
- Maximum age of 25 years old (Position 3,4,5) and maximum age of 30 years old (Position 1,2).
