Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). NPPA is a government owned public procurement policy-making agency in Indonesia which was formed to formulate government procurement policy and regulations in Indonesia. NPPA is a non-ministerial agency in Indonesia and has main duties to implement the development and formulation of public procurement policies. NPPA has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In conducting its function and duties, NPPA is under the coordination of the State Minister for the National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS).

According to information found in the NPPA's website as cited by JobsCDC.com, LKPP was first established in 2005 as Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development. PPKPBJ is a second echelon working unit in Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS. Later in 2007, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia was officially launched as an independent state-agency under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007.

NPPA is based in Jakarta and is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since January 2019, NPPA was lead by Roni Dwi Susanto as the chairman oNPPAf  replacing Agus Prabowo. NPPA's head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940.

Requirements
  • Minimum education for Undergraduate (S-1), preferably majoring in Education, Education Technology and Visual Communication Design.
  • Preferably have experience in the field of education and training.
  • Have the ability to do administrative work.
  • Able to communicate well and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently or in teams, have high integrity and work motivation.
  • Have accuracy and neatness in work.
  • Able to use tools such as Microsoft Office / other supporting applications.
  • If applicants have experience working at LKPP, applicants must have an SKP value (Employee Performance Target) of more than 80.00 from a scale of 100.00.
  • A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 from a scale of 4.00.
  • Have CAT score in accordance with standards in the Regulation of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB).
  • Never involved in drugs and other violations of law.

Requirements
  • Minimum education for Undergraduate (S-1) majoring in Education, Psychology, Communication, Management.
  • A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 from a scale of 4.00.
  • Preferably have work experience in the field of Education, facilitator training activities or in the field of customer service / call center for at least 1 year.
  • If applicants have experience working at LKPP, applicants must have an SKP value (Employee Performance Target) of more than 80.00 from a scale of 100.00.
  • Preferably pass the basic competency test with the CAT system, the minimum value according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 22 of 2017.
  • Preferably have a certificate of basic level Goods Procurement expertise.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
  • Have high integrity and motivation to work.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, confidence and willingness to appear in public.
  • Have the willingness to learn and work according to the target.
  • Able to work independently or in teams / groups.
  • Never involved in drugs and other violations of law.
