BNI Syariah managed to record total income of Rp 307 billion in 2017. This reflected an 10.83% increase year-on-year (YOY) as compared with Rp 277 billion in 2017. In 2017, total asset for the year achieved Rp 34,822 billion., that was 22.98% higher than Rp 28,314 billion total asset for the year booked in 2016. Total third party fund grew by 21.23% from the previous year, from Rp 24,233 billion to Rp 29.379 billion in 2017.

- Male or Female, maximum age of 25 years old.
- Minimum D3 (accredited university).
- Graduated in any field, except Medical, Midwifery and Nursing.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Single/not married.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
- Strong communication skill and have high work motivation.
- Willing to be stationed in Malang (Branch Office and Sub Branch Office).
