Specialist - Dispute Resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law, Psychology, Social Science.
- Holds around 3 – 5 years of experience in labor relations.
- Possess certification in Conflict Resolution.
- Required to have such an extensive legal background.
- Advanced knowledge about the tactics and theories needed to attain contractual agreements and resolve dispute.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all level of Internal and external parties.
- Advanced knowledge about Labor Regulation (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Environment or relevant D3 Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental aspect for S1 or 6 years for D3 Engineering.
- Strong understanding about Hydrocarbon and waste management Standard.
- Strong understanding about biological treatment process, operation and monitoring.
- Strong understanding about hazardous waste incinerator, operational, maintenance and monitoring.
- Have good Oil Spill response skills.
- Have good Environmental Auditing skills.
- Have good Training skills.
- Strong understanding about government regulations on environmental managements.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English (minimum English level 4).
- Good Planning and coordination skills with other relevant parties.
- Good Computer skill such as Microsoft Excel, word, power point, access etc.
- Able to compile and maintain accurate records.
- Good communication skills, ability to manage staffs and works in a team, including contractors.
- Have good data management and analysis skills.
- Have good assertiveness and interpersonal skills.
- Possess police and company driver’s license.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical/ Civil or other related discipline.
- Required experience for minimum 3 years in the related fiedl.
- Previous experience as draftsman in project environment and/or bulk handling equipment and process and/or mining environment.
- Technical experience in computerized drafting systems and able to operate AutoCAD, AutoDesk and Inventor.
- Technical experience with Mechanical or Civil/ Structural standards, fabrication and manufacturing techniques.
- Good leadership and time management skills.
- Good knowledge in mechanical standards and Codes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Specialist - Maintenance Training
Requirements
- Minimum SMA or SMK majoring in Automotive or Electrical with above 10 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
- The candidates with prior experience as Maintenance Trainer or competency Assessor is preferred.
- Computer literate and excellent skill in designing and developing training manual.
- Excellent organizing and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.Required experience in the related field for minimum 3 years.
- Possess certification in RCM Facilitator is preferred.
- Strong understanding of equipment reliability.
- Previous experience on conducting Reliability Analysis.
- Able to operate computer software packages: Ellipse, Dispatch, MinVu, MS-Word, MS-Excel Advanced, MS-Access, MS-Power Point, Minitab.
- Advance statistic skill.
- Good communication (written and oral) skills in English (level 5) and Bahasa Indonesia.
