- Male, maximum age of 27 years old.
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Skilled in AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Preferably able to drive a car and possess driving license class A (SIM A).
- Mastering Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Advanced knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

- Willing to work with a shift work system.
