In term of financial performance, Indosat Ooredoo has shown significant performance improvements in the business year of 2017 (ended in 31 December 2017). According to information found in PT Indosat Tbk Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com Indosat Ooredoo registered total revenue of Rp 29,926.1 billion in 2017. This reflected an 2.54% increase from Rp 29,184.6 billion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, total profit for the year 2017 increased from Rp 1,275.6 billion to Rp 1,301.9 billion.

Customer Operation Assistant

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Telecommunication, IT, Management or related field
  • Possess certification on certain area (ITILF, Etc) will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding on helpdesk/service desk and business process
  • Required experience for minimum 3 years in telecommunication industry, especially helpdesk/service management
  • Wide understanding on telecommunication systems
  • Experience on people development
  • Understand business process within related functions
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent English skills both oral and written
  • \Excellent in using MS Excel and web database development will be and advantage.
