Field Engineer
Requirements
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineer.
- Previous experience in mining/ energy industry and have lube experience.
- Strong analytical skills, good communication and writing skills.
- Good lube technical knowledge,
- Able to work individual as well as a team
- Strong leadership, adaptability, self-drive.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university. Preferably majoring in Chemical Engineering.
- Holds around 0 – 2 years of experience in plastic, master batch industry
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must to provide efficient and effective coordination and communication role.
- Good command of Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be a plus. Campus hire is acceptable.
- Competencies
- Strong communication skills (oral and written - English speaking required).
- Strong interpersonal skills (will be working with personnel from other work groups, companies and regions).
- Good market knowledge about Indonesia to jump start business growth immediately.
- Strong planning and coordination skills to ensure clear strategic focus, priorities and alignment to Business objectives.
- Strong technical knowledge and polymer application technology to accelerate new business growth.
- Strong commercial knowledge to support EMCAP transactions.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good event organizer in managing customer’s relationship to support the building of a strong customer base.
- Fast learner with strong ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
- Good ability to interact with Upstream and other downstream functions.
- Able/willing to travel to extensively in Indonesia and to SEA for business related activities.
