XL Millennial Development Program

XL Millennial Development Program is 1 year development program for fresh graduates before entering professional worklife. Placement in 3 functions:

1. Information Technology (IT)
2. Analytic, and
3. Marketing

General Requirements

• Background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) from reputable university majoring in Business and Management, Computer Science.
• Fresh graduate with the maximum age of 23 years old for Bachelor Degree and 25 years old for Master Degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for Bachelor Degree and 3.50 for Master Degree.
• 25 persons only and on board on 27 Agustus 2018.
