- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from an accredited university, majoring in any field, except Medical Science, Midwifery or Nursing.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
- Single/not married.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
