PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA is well-known state-owned general construction firm headquartered in Jakarta. WIKA was formed in 1960 a the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co and originally registered as Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja) with with principal business in the electrical, water pipe installation. Later in 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. In 2007, the Company went public and officially listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). WIKA's shares are traded on IDX under reference code WIKA. As of December 2016, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

In term of financial performance, WIKA has recorded a good performance in the first semester of 2017 (6M-2017, ended in 30 June 2017). According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk 6M-2017 Consolidated Financial Statements as cited by JobsCDC.com, total net sales in 6M-2017 recorded as Rp9,484.44 billion. This number is an 51.18% increase from Rp 6,033.74 billion in the same period previous year. WIKA's total operating income in 6M-2017 reached Rp 976.76 billion with 58.52% increase compared to 6M-2016 which was Rp 616.16 billion.

Requirements

• Background in University Degree (S1) or equivalent, majoring in Civil Engineering (Structure and Transportation) and Accounting with a GPA score min 3.00 for PTS and 2.75 for PTN (scale 4.00).
• Fresh graduate.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Have a good health history (balanced weight) and not color blind (partial/total).
• Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing (minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent, TOEFL from a certified language institutions).
• Proficient computer applications/soft wares in the field.
• Willing to be placed in all working areas of WIKA.
