PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - Bank BTN is a long standing state-owned bank in Indonesia which was founded on 1897. The Bank was first established as Postspaarbank during the Dutch Colonial era. In 1950, the Bank renamed to Bank Tabungan Pos, and to Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. Share ownership composition as of 30 June 2017, comprise of the Government of Indonesia (60%) and public (40%). The Bank is based in Jakarta and now has 4 regional offices, 71 branch offices, 242 sub branch offices, 478 cash outlets, 65 sharia outlets, 39 priority outlets, and 1,951 ATMs spread across Indonesia. Bank BTN has strong business competencies on mortgage sengement. Bank BTN controls market share of between 33.57% in terms of mortgage loans segments in Indonesia as at the end of December 2016.

Bank BTN’s performance in in the first half of 2017 (1H 2017) improved over the previous year. According to Bank BTN Analyst Meeting Business & Financial Performances 30 June 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BTN's total net profits for the first half of 2017 experienced growth of 21.95% to  Rp1,271 billion. Bank BTN posted Rp224,067 billion in total assets for the first half of 2017, an 18.23 % increase from Rp189,513 billion in the same period of last year.

Requirements

• Single/Not married, with the maximum age of 26 years old (not yet birthday to 27 in 2017).
• Minimum GPA 3.00 scale 4.00, 
• Preferably majoring in Economics, Engineering, Law, Computers / Informatics, Statistics and Psychology.
• Willing to undergo office bond for 5 years.

Teller Service Staff (TS)
 

Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA), with minimum average grade score of 7.00.
• Single/not married with the maximum age of 23 years old (not yet birthday to 24 in 2017).
