PT Bank UOB Indonesia - UOB or known as "UOB Indonesia" is a trusted and reliable privately owned bank in Indonesia. UOB Indonesia engaged in providing a wide range of general banking services which include personal banking, corporate and institutional banking, cash management and trade finance. UOB Indonesia was incorporated on 31 Augusts 1956 under the name of PT Bank Buana Indonesia. Later in 2011, the Bank renamed into PT Bank UOB Indonesia. PT Bank UOB Indonesia is a local subsidiary company of Singapore bank giant, United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB Group). At present, the Bank's shareholders comprise of UOB International Investment Private Ltd (68.943%), United Overseas Bank Ltd (30.056%), and general public (1.001%). According to PT Bank UOB Indonesia Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, UOB Indonesia managed to record a total asset of Rp94,094 billion at the end of 2016. These total assets figures equal to an increase of around 8.59% compared to Rp86,647 billion at the previous year.Referring to its annual report, total comprehensive income for the year 2016 worth of Rp553 billion, that was 31.66% higher than Rp420 billion total comprehensive income for the year booked in 2015.
