Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS TK or referred to as "BPJS Ketenagakerjaan" is the national social security agency of Indonesia and is fully-owned bythe Government of Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan operates primarily as a provider of employment social security in Indonesia. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was established in 2014 as a transformation result of PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) or JAMSOSTEK, the state-owned social security workforce company in Indonesia. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan's operations are divided into 11 regions; Sumbagut, Sumbariau, Sumbagsel, DKI Jakarta, Banten, Jabar, Jateng DIY, Jatim, Kalimantan, Sulawesi Maluku and Bali Nusra Papua. As of December 2015, these regions gave the bank a total of 121 branch offices, and 203 sub-branch offices.

In term of financial performance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan  booked positive growth in 2016. According to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Financial Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan booked total operating revenue of Rp4,682.19 billion in 2016. This number is up 49.09% from Rp3,140 billion in 2015. As at the end of 2016, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan managed total assets amounted to Rp13,371.55 trillion or 20.67% increase from Rp11,080.63 billion in 2015.

Experienced Hires - Auditor Internal

  • Required audit internal experience with minimum 7 years as Auditor. The candidates with prior experience in Supervisor/Assistant Manager level is preferred.
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Law, Information Technology. The candidates with background in Master Degree (S2) is preferred.
  • Possess certification in audit internal (profession) is preferred.
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
