PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk - QNB Indonesia (IDX: BKSW, listed since 2002) is a well-established commercial bank in Indonesia. Originally established in Indonesia as a  a Chinese trading company named NV Chunghwa Shangyeh Maatschappij in 1913. In 1958, the Company transformed as a commercial bank. In 1962, the company changed its name to PT Bank Chunghwa Shangyeh, and to PT Bank Kesawan in 1965. The name of PT Bank QNB Kesawan Tbk was officially launched in 2014. QNB Indonesia is a local subsidiary company of Qatar National Bank S.A.Q (QNB), one of the largest banks in Middle East Region. As of December 2016, QNB Indonesia is 82.59% owned by QNB, 8.15% by PT Bosowa Kapital and 9.26% by general public. Headquartered in Jakarta, QNB Indonesia run its business through 16 branch offices, 32 sub branch offices and 72 ATMs throughout Indonesia.

According to PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Bank’s total assets in 2016 was down 5.37% at Rp 24,372.70 billion as compared with Rp 25,757.65 billion in 2015. Total loans was down 15.57% at Rp 17,551.19 billion from Rp 20,788.30 billion in 2015. In year 2016, QNB Indonesia recorded total deposits of Rp 19,344.96 billion or 4.51% increase from Rp 18,509 billion in 2015.

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00. Master Degree is an advantage with minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Passion to learn, positive aptitude, strong determination, and ability to work as a team.
• Fresh Graduates or graduate with a maximum of 3 years working experience, with the Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Actively involved in organization or extracurricular activities.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good analytical judgment, interpersonal & communications skills.
• Competent in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
