PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or known as "Bank BTN" is a well-established public bank in Indonesia, based in Jakarta and has strong business competencies on mortgage loans. Bank BTN maintains 33.57% of market shares in mortgage loans segments in Indonesia. The Bank is widelyknown nationwide as one of the oldest banks in Indonesia. The Bank was formed in 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era and originally registered as Postspaarbank. In 1950, the Bank renamed into Bank Tabungan Pos. The name of Bank Tabungan Negara officially established in 1966. In 2009, the Bank went public and conducted its initial public offering (IPO. The Bank's shares are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under stock code BBTN. At present, Bank BTN is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 40% by general public. As of December 2016, Bank BTN has 65 branch offices and 1,830 ATMs spread in all over Indonesia.

In term of financial positions, Bank BTN has recorded a good performance in 2016 (FY2016, ended in 31 December 2016). According to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BTN effectively recorded an increase in total assets by 24.66%, which is Rp 214.17 trillion , compared to Rp 171,81 trillion in 2015. Nett profit recorded as Rp 2.62 trillion, 41.49% increased from Rp 1.85 trillion in the previous year.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Not married and willing not to get married for 2 years.
• Willing to undergo a bond.
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / brother / sister).
• Hold an S1 degree from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Maximum age 26 years (not repeated in the 27th years on the recruitment year).
• Preferably majoring in Economics, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology and Statistics.
• Willing to undergo a bond for 5 years.
