In the second quarter of 2016 (2Q16, ended in 30 June 2016), PT Bank Syariah Mandiri succeeded in posting overall improvement in its performance. Mandiri Syariah booked total assets of Rp 72.02 trillion in the second quarter of 2016. This reflected an 2.34% increase from Rp 70.36 trillion in the second quarter of 2015, according to PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Financial Statements 2Q16 as cited by JobsCDC.com. Total profit for the year amounted to Rp 168.76 billion, up 24.19% year-on-year from Rp 135.88 billion.

Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (S1) and post graduate degree (S2). Final year students are welcome to apply.
- S1/S2 from all majors, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing.
- Actively involved in organization/extracurricular activities.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (for S1) or 3.20 (for S2) on a 4.00 grade scale.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Maximum age at the time of initial selection of 27 years.
- Does not have a nuclear family (father / mother / brother / sister) who actively worked at Bank Syariah Mandiri.
- Single and willing not to get married during the Officer Development Program training period.
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Never involved in drugs and other violations of law.
- Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
