HR Operation Staff (HRO-JKT)
  • Minimum S1 from reputable university with min GPA. 3.00.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Male, age maximum 25 years on 31 December 2016 with a good health history.
  • Hands on experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, Health Insurance, etc.), Leave Employees Reports, Business Travel Reports, Monthly / Yearly Attendance Reports etc .
  • Have a good knowledge about the general insurance industry.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Able to work in teams and partnerships.
  • Accustomed to using computers especially Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
