PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium (Persero) - INALUM or referred to as "PT INALUM (Persero)" is a reputable Indonesian state-owned company that is involved in alumunium smelter and power plant business. The Company is based in Asahan South Sumatera and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. INALUM was originally established in 1976 as a Joint venture company between the Government of Indonesia and Nippon Asahan Aluminium Co., Ltd (NAA). NAA is Japanese consortium of 12 Japanese investors, including Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation. INALUM officially become the state-owned company in April 2014 based on the Government regulations No 26 of 2014. INALUM now has alumunium smelter plant in Kuala Tanjung, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency North Sumatera. While its power plants is located at Paritohan, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. INALUM also supported by 2 liason offices at Medan and Jakarta. As of February 2015, INALUM supported by 1,937 trained staff.

In terms of financial performance, INALUM reported total revenue of Rp 6,472 billion in 2014 or 4.11% growth as compared with Rp 6,216 billion in 2013. Total profit amounted to Rp 795 billion in 2014, which represented an increase of 165% over total profit recorded in 2013 of Rp 300 billion.   • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Required to have valid SKCK beforing entering the 5th stage of selection process.
  • Willing to be placed in all working area of INALUM.
Specific requirements
  • Willing to work in shifting system for all Engineering majors.
  • Possess certification in Tax Brevet A and B for Accounting major.
