PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN later known as "PT PLN (Persero)" is the largest state-owned electricity power companies in Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia and has a right to monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. The Company’s performance in 2014 improved over the previous year. According to PT PLN (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company booked total net sales of Rp 198.60 trillion in 2014. This total net sales figures reflected an 5.89% increase from Rp 187.54 trillion in the same period at 2013. Total net profit in 2014 amounted to Rp 11.7 trillion, compared with loss of Rp 26.2 trillion in 2013.

- Birth in 1996 or later.
- Already 17 years old on August 2016.
- Single/Unmarried and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
- Willing to work in shifting system.
- Not afraid of heights.
- Non smoker and willing to not smoke in the workplace PLN.
- Physical and spiritual health.
- Minimum height of 155 cm.
- Not color blind and normal vision.
- No tattoos, no pierced in the whole body.
- Male.
- Minimum average report cards value of 6.5 on the 1st semester grade 10 to 2nd semester grade 12.
- For last year students grade 12 in 2016 and has not had a diploma are welcome to apply with minimum average report cards value of 6.5 on on the 1st semester grade 10 to 1st semester grade 12.
- The participants from last year students will be disqualified if did not pass the national exam (UAN).
Special Requirements for ADM
- Preferably Male.
- Minimum average report cards value of 7 on the 1st semester grade 10 to 2nd semester grade 12.
- Passed and have a diploma SMK Administration or SMK Secretary.
