PT Petrokimia Kayaku - PTPK or later known as Petrokimia Kayaku is a well-established company in Indonesia with core business in pesticide formulation industry. Headquartered in Gresik East Java, Petrokimia Kayaku operates primarily as a producers of pesticide which include insecticide, fungicide and herbicide. Petrokimia Kayaku is a directly-owned subsidiary company of PT Petrokimia Gresik, a reputable fertilizer producer in Indonesia part of state-owned PT Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (Persero). As of December 2014, Petrokimia Kayaku is 60% owned by PT Petrokimia Gresik, 20% by Nippon Kayaku Co. Ltd and 20% by Mitsubishi Corporation. Petrokimia Kayaku was formed in 1976 and commeced its operation in 1977.

According to PT Petrokimia Gresik Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Petrokimia Kayaku successfully recorded a total net revenue of Rp 670.39 billion, with a noticeable increase of 28.23% from Rp 522.79 billion in 2013. Total income for the year 2014 reached Rp 31.96 billion as compared with loss Rp 15.57 billion in the previous year.

- S1 Agriculture
- S1 Chemistry - MIPA
- S1 Accounting/Taxation
- Male, single/unmarried and maximum age of 27 years old.
- GPA preferably > 3.00.
- Preferably graduated from a leading university with an A accreditation (PTN/PTS).
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to use computer especially Microsoft Office, email and internet.
- Healthy physical and spiritual.
