PT Wijaya Karya Realty - WIKA Realty is a reputable Indonesian company, running business in realty and property. Its business include landed house, highrise (Apartment, Condotel, Office Mix Use), industrial estate, and also property management. WIKA Realty is owned and managed by the state-owned construction giant, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA Group). At present, WIKA Group holds 85.26% ownership of the Company’s shares. Total net profit grew by 33.78% from the previous year, from Rp 90.42 billion to Rp120.97 billion in 2014.

Chief Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum S1 Electro Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 1 years as Chief Engineer in high rise building management or minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Maintenance Staff.
- Able to analyze and provide solutions to problems of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Requirements
- Minimum S1, preferably majoring in Electro Engineering.
- Holds around 2-3 years of experience as Building Manager.
- Mastering Building Management, particularly the management of the apartment.
- Have a good leadership and relationship skills.
- Willing to be placed in all operation area of WIKA Realty.
