PT Indonesia Power - PT IP or referred to as "Indonesia Power" is an established electricity power company in Indonesia. PT Indonesia Power is part of large state-owned electricity company, PT PLN (Persero) or PLN Group. At present, Indonesia Power was 99.99 percent owned by PLN Group. Other 0.01 percent remaining shares in Indonesia Powe was owned by YPK PLN. Indonesia Power is recognized as one of the largest electric power companies in Indonesia with installed total electricity power capacity of 13,797 MW. Headuartered in Jakarta, Indonesia Power runs its business through 5 Generating Units (GU), 3 Generating and Generating Service Units (GGSU), 1 Maintenance Service Unit (MSU), and 6 Generating Service Units (GSU) throughout Indonesia. The Company also supported by 3,553 trained staff as at the end of December 2015. PT Indonesia Power has 5 directly-owned subsidiaries, namely PT Artha Daya Coalindo (60%), PT Cogindo Daya Bersama (99.99%), PT Indo Ridiatama Power (86.4%), PT Tangkuban Parahu Geothermal Power (95.2%), and PT Putra Indotenaga (99.99%). The Company also supported by 1 joint venture company (PT Perta Daya Gas, 35%), 1 associate company (PT Indo Pusaka Berau, 46.53%), and 1 sub subsidiary company (PT Rajamandala Electric Power, 51% shares held by PT Putra Indotenaga).

In term of financial performance, PT Indonesia Power recorded excellent results in 2014. According to Indonesia Power's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Indonesia Power recorded a growth of 6,53% in total revenue amounted to Rp35,723.61 billion as compared with Rp33,531.49 billion in 2013. Indonesia Power's latest Annual Report showed that its total income for the year and total comprehensive incom amounted to Rp 1,635.88 billion in 2014, up by 31.66% from Rp1,242.47 billion in 2013.

Mechanical Engineering (Code : DME), majoring in the following discipline : Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,  Energy Convertion, Industrial Machinery, Metallurgical, Production and Maintenance Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanic Technology, Production Mechanical Engineering, and Maintenance and Repair Mechanical Engineering, Shipping Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, Construction Design, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering.
    2. Electrical Engineering (Code : DEL), majoring in the following discipline : Power Lines, Industrial Electro Engineering, Power System Engineering, System Settings Engineering,  Electricity Power Engineering, Industrial Electro, Energy, Electricity Power System, Power System,  Electrical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Shipping Electrical.
    3. Instrument Control Engineering (Code : DIC), majoring in the following discipline : Electronics and Instrumentation, Physics Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics Engineering, Industrial Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics and Control Engineering.
    4. Chemical Engineering, Chemical Environment (Code : DCE), majoring in the following discipline : Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (MIPA), Environmental Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Analysis
    5. Civil Engineering (Code : DCV), majoring in the following discipline : Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Civil and Building Engineering, Rekayasa Sipil, Structure Engineering, Marine Engineering.
    6. Administrasi (Code : DAD), majoring in the following discipline : Secretary and Commerce Administration, Business Administration, Office Business Administration, Administration Studies, Business Administration Studies, Commerce Administration Studies, Secretary Studies, Secretary and Office Administration, Secretary, Mass Communication, Public Relation, Logistic Administration, Communication Studies.
    7. Keuangan (Code : DAC), majoring in the following discipline : Accounting and Taxation.
    8. IT (Code : DIS), majoring in the following discipline : Informatics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Informatics, Informatics Engineering, Computer Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, Information System Technology. Information System, Rekayasa Komputer, Informatics Engineering.
    9. SDM (Code : DHR), majoring in the following discipline : Secretary and Commerce Administration, Business Administration, Office Business Administration, Administration Studies, Business Administration Studies, Commerce Administration Studies, Logistics Administration
  • Gender
    • Male for D3 Engineering disiciplines.
    • Male/Female for D3 Non Engineering disiciplines.
  • Single (not married) and willing to not get married during the period of Pre-service Training Program (maximum 1 year period).
  • Graduated from D3 with the age limit : births in 1992 and thereafter.
  • Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA)
    • Engineering disciplines : ≥ 2.75 (on a 4-point scale).
    • Non Engineering disiciplines : ≥ 3.00 (on a 4-point scale).
  • For Non Engineering applicants must be fluent in English language as evidenced by a valid certificate issued by official institutions: TOEFL score of at least 450, or TOEIC score of at least 470 or an IELTS score of at least 4.
  • All applicants should have an academic diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKL).
  • Willing to be placed throughout the work unit of PT Indonesia Power.
  • Willing to undergo Association Office for 5 (five) years after the Pre-service Training period.
  • For applicants level S1 are not allowed to apply D3 positions (down grade).
  • Have excellent health and not color blind partial / total, as evidenced by a Notice letter of Healthy condition from a doctor.
  • Good character expressed by the Police Notes (SKCK).
