Requirements

• Graduated from S1 or S2 from selected university, majoring in any field, except Teaching, Art, Literature / Culture, Education, Public Health, and Nursing.
• Last semester student are welcome to apply.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S1) or 3.20 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S2).
• Maximum age at the time of the initial selection of 27 years.
• Does not have a nuclear family (father / mother / brother / sister) who actively work at Bank Syariah Mandiri.
• Actively involved in organization/extracurricular activities.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Single/not married and willing not to get married during the education period.
• Willing to be placed in all working units of Bank Syariah Mandiri throughout Indonesia.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Never involved in drugs and other legal violations.
• Never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
