PT Petrosea Tbk - Petrosea is an established and experienced multi-disciplinary mining, oil and gas and infrastructure services company in Indonesia. Petrosea has its business activities focused in three sectors: Mining Service, Engineering and Construction and Petrosea Offshore Supply Base (POSB). Started to establish since 1972, the Company initially registered as PT Petrosea International Indonesia. Later in 1990, the Company went public and transformed to PT Petrosea Tbk. Its shares are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under reference code PTRO. Petrosea is a subsidiary company of PT Indika Energy Tbk (Indika Energy Group), one of the largest energy companies in Indonesia. At present, Indika Energy Group holds 69.801% shares in Petrosea. Other remaining shares in Petrosea was owned by Lo Kheng Hong (10.45%) and public (19.75%).
According to Petrosea's Financial Statements (31 March 2015) as quoted by JobsCDC.com, the Company's total revenue in the first quarter of 2015 (Q1 2015, ended in 31 March 2015) reported 20.7% down. The Company registered total revenue of USD 64,643,000 in Q1 2015 as compared with USD 64,643,000 in Q1 2014. The Company’s total net profit in Q1 2015 declined by 16% to Rp 4.83 trillion from Rp 5.78 trillion in Q1 2014. Petrosea’s total comprehensive income in Q1 2015 declined by 77.26% to USD 479,000 from USD 2,107,000 in Q1 2014.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree required with a concentration in Corporate Law and Capital Market Law
- Strong communication skill.
- Required experience for minimum 5 years in related area (legal matters).
- Ability to exercise independent thinking while communicating a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to give common sense answers without delay.
- Ability to manage outside Counsel.
