In term of operational performance, Pertamina registered a 19% growth in total crude oil production of 87.19 MMbo as compared with 73.55 MMbo in 2013. As of the end of 2014, Pertamina’s total natural gas production amounted to 588.67 bsCf, up 6% from 557.67 bsCf in 2013.

Requirements

• Background in Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in Secretary (preferably Diploma Degree).
• In depth knowledge of archival guidance.
• Demonstrated competence in correspondence and archives.
• Have a service-oriented attitude with a friendly and attractive appearance.
• Have polished communication skills (communicative).
• Proficiency in the English language (written and conversation).
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), data processing and internet applications.
• At least 5 years experience as an Executive Secretary.
• Employment Status: Full Contract / PWT with a maximum 2 years of contract period.
