PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk - PT Bank BJB Tbk (IDX:BJBR) or more popularly called "Bank BJB" is a Bandung-based financial services company with core business in general banking services. According to Bank BJB's Analyst Meeting Q3 2015 Presentation as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Bank registered total net income of Rp 864 billion in the end of 9M'15. These total net income figures reflected an 20.6% increase from Rp 716 billion in the same period previous year (9M'14). Total interest income in 9M'15 rose by 11.9% to Rp 7,319 billion compared to Rp 6,539 billion in 9M'14.

Requirements
- Male and Female.
- Minimum education of S1 (already graduated / certified).
- GPA min. 3.00 for (for bachelor degree/S1) and 3.25 for (master degree/S2) within 4.00 scales
- Graduated from a reputable university all majors, except: Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education, Religious and Tourism.
- Good looking with height and weight proportional:
- Male : minimum height of 170 cm.
- Female : minimum height of 165 cm.
- Have no family relationship with Bank BJB's employee up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / child / brother / sister).
- Single/not married and willing not to get married during the training period
- Willing to be placed in all working areas of Bank BJB.
- Willing to undergo Association Office.
- Strong sense of analytical thinking.
- Demonstrated good organizational skill with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills, minimum Microsoft Office.
- Have a good health (physically and mentally), not color blind (partial or total) and drug-free.
- Have integrity, discipline, and commitment.
