- Mikro Kredit Analis : at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major from a reputable university with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.00 scale.
- Frontliners : at least a Diploma Degree (D3) of any major from a reputable university with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
- Not older than 23 years (for fresh graduates) or 25 years (for candidate with relevant experience for minimum 2 years) of age.
- Single/not married.
- Does not have a nuclear family that worked in Bank Mandiri.
