PN Yodya Karya was launched in 1958 as a nationalization results of NV Job & Sprey. In 1972, PN Yodya Karya transformed into PT Yodya Karya (Persero). YOKA is based in Jakarta and now has 4 division units, namely Engineering, Building, Management, Energy, Environment and Foreign Affairs (MELLN), and development of lands, territories and property (PLKP). YOKA also supported by 10 branches nationwide, located at Semarang, Makassar, Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Bandung, Sidoarjo, Samarinda, Gorontalo, and Kendari. In terms of financial performance, YOKA reported total contract value in 2011 amounted to Rp 222.92 billion. This reflected an 36.60% increase from Rp 163.18 billion in 2010, according to YOKA financial statements 2011 as cited by JobsCDC.com.
