Management Development Program (MDP)
Requirements
S1/S2 from the best university from all diciplines, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Public Health and Nursing.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (S1) and 3.20 (S2).
Maximum age of 27 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written, proven by TOEFL cerificate with minimum score of 450.
Not married and willing to not get married during the education period of MDP.
Willing to be placed in all networks/branches of BSM throughout Indonesia.
Involved actively in both academic and non academic activity student organization.
