PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java - PHE ONWJ or later known as Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ is an Indonesia-based upstream oil and gas company. Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ engaged in the field of exploitation and exploration of oil and gas in the block of Offshore North West Java (ONWJ) with 8,300 square meter of area in the Java Sea. Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ is a member of PT Pertamina (Persero), the national oil company of Indonesia. At present, Pertamina Hulu Energi OWNJ is 99% owned by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) and 1% by PTG. PHE and PTG are the subsidiary companies of PT Pertamina (Persero). According to PHE Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, total oil production of PHE OWNJ reached 38,886 barrel per day as of 22 August 2013, or reached 102.1% from the target.

Requirements
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s Degree in all Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 7 years of experience in the areas of contracts system and regulations in supervisory level.
- In depth knowledge of PTK 007 Procurement Guideline, AFE and WP&B Procedure, Cost Management & Control, Logistics Coordination, Cost Estimation & Allocations, Supplier Assessment, Integrity Management for Operations.
- Proficiency in Computing (Windows 7 & Microsoft Office).
- Good English language skills - Oral and Written.
