Perusahaan Umum Perumnas - Perum Perumnas or later known as Perumnas is Jakarta-based state-owned housing company with shares is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Perumnas was established in 1974 and now 8 regional branch offices, namely Regional Office I Medan, Regional Office II Jakarta, Regional Office III Jakarta, Regional Office IV Bandung, Regional Office V Semarang, Regional Office VI Surabaya, Regional Office VII Ujung Pandang (Makassar) and Regional Office Rusunawa. In terms of financial performance, Perumnas succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth in 2012. According to Perumnas Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Perumnas booked total net sales of Rp 1.06 trillion. This reflected an 3.92% increase compared with Rp 1.02 trillion at the same time in 2011. Perumnas net profit in 2012 reached Rp 80.20 billion with 21.20% increase compared to 2011 which was Rp 66.16 billion.

Requirements
- Female, Single (not married).
- Not older than 24 years of age.
- Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) in Secretary.
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
- Good appearance and good personality, able to communication with all levels of people.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Dynamic, creative, high motivation, and strong analytical as well as able to cooperate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, honest and good health.
- High responsibility.
